Some useful tips and additional in-house services

In addition to our press is installed a CP2000 Axis Control Unit. Scans the colour bar on the press sheet and immediately corrects the density weights of all Process
and/or Spot colours to the correct level, decreasing make ready and
delivery times.

Whatever your requirements are, we can supply you with a Fogra approved Epson proof for content, or send you a rip processed pdf or an interactive 3D proof compatible with a Mac or PC.

For brochures we also supply a digital copy for pagination.

This will give you a good idea of how your product will look
and feel prior to us going to press.

The best way to supply us with press ready artwork

All artwork should have at least 3mm bleed of image beyond the trim area.

All images used must be 300dpi

and in cmyk colour format.

Single Page pdf for brochures to enable us to impose the artwork on our press sheets correctly.

Finally, export artwork as a PDF/X compliant file to press
resolution (300dpi).

Is your artwork too big to email?

You can send it to us free via wetransfer.

We produce pharmaceutical booklets to a size of 85/65mm and also a range of folded miniature leaflets including
Z Cards.

Additional finishes are available, soft touch matt,

matt or gloss Laminating on brochure covers, wallet folders, or leaflets and business bards duplex or
single sided.

Using a cutting forme made from a supplied CAD drawing we can
cut out a large variety
of different shapes
and sizes. 6 page
wallet folders, round cornered business cards, dividers and many others.
